Research directions
Organic light-emitting diodes
+
Multiscale modeling of photoactive materials, their synthesis and creation of laboratory samples of organic light-emitting diodes based on them.
Charge transport in organic semiconductors
+
High mobility of charge carriers is necessary for the efficient operation of various organic electronics devices, especially transistors and light-emitting transistors. In the laboratory, charge mobility is studied theoretically using multiscale modeling. The work is carried out in close cooperation with the Laboratory of Organic Electronics of Moscow State University, where the mobility of charges in the studied materials is studied experimentally.
