FP3 RTTN: Laser and plasma technologies
Creation of a technology for complex exposure to powerful pulsed flows of high-temperature plasma and laser radiation. The method of processing products with a pulsed plasma flow and laser peening has now been tested in mechanical engineering, nuclear, oil, light industry, medicine, aviation, automotive, machine tool and other industries. At the same time, positive results were obtained when processing such parts and assemblies as: Bearings; Threads (pipes, subs and fishing taps) of drilling rigs; Pipeline accessories; Transfer and pumping equipment; Turbine blades, nozzles, bearings for aircraft engines and electrical units for powering drilling, production and pumping stations; Turbine blades of steam-water power units of nuclear and thermal power plants; Cutting and stamping tools.
