Aiming at the scaling condition of Fuyu oil well in the eighth oil recovery plant of Daqing Oilfields, we selected the excellent amino sulfonic acid, solid hydrochloric acid and complexing agent EDTA as the scale inhibitor formula, and determined that the ratio was 4:1:1. The scale experiment is carried out in the field. When the scale temperature is 60°, the scale removal efficiency can reach more than 90%, and the scale of the former 5 h is faster, and the scale removal rate can reach over 50%. The field test shows that the scaling effect of the scale acid bar formed by the curing process is good, and it effectively solves the serious scaling phenomenon of the water injection pipe column.

Springer Proceedings in Physics 2024 citations by CoLab: 0  |  Abstract
Using polyaniline as the modification material, copper was loaded into the structure of polyaniline, and its structure and morphology were characterized to prove the successful preparation of polyaniline/copper composite material. The internal structure of the substrate, polyaniline, polyaniline/copper and working electrode was characterized by SEM. The results showed that the prepared composite material had been fully loaded on the nickel foam. The three-dimensional porous structure of nickel foam improves the charge transfer efficiency, provides more contact sites for detecting hydrogen peroxide and increases the specific surface area of the electrode. Acrylamide was selected as the main component of the electrolyte gel, and a flexible hydrogel with good conductivity and transparency was obtained by adding other substances. Nickel foam was used as the base material and then soaked in the composite material solution to obtain the working electrode. An electrochemical workstation was used to test the electrochemical performance of the sensor. The prepared electrochemical sensor has a good response to hydrogen peroxide. When the amount of polyaniline is 0.3 g, the sensor has the best detection effect. When sulfonic acid is added to the electrolyte gel, the sensor has a more obvious current response to hydrogen peroxide.

Vanadium is an important strategic metal with high application value. In this paper, various common vanadium extraction methods of vanadium titanium magnetite are systematically summarized, the advantages and disadvantages of various methods are fully analyzed and compared, and the application status of various vanadium extraction methods is described. Based on the summary and analysis of the current vanadium extraction process, the development prospect of vanadium extraction from vanadium titanium magnetite was prospected, valuable suggestions were provided for the continuous improvement of the subsequent process, and a solid foundation was laid for the benign development of the subsequent vanadium extraction process.
Design of Inchworm Imitating Soft Robot Driven by Shape Memory Alloy

Springer Proceedings in Physics 2024 citations by CoLab: 0  |  Abstract
The NiTi shape memory alloy spring and spiral Fe–Cr–Al resistance wire are combined with silicone rubber to create an imitating inchworm torso. The round-trip memory alloy spring serves as the actuator for the imitating inchworm, the resistance wire serves as the heating element, and the insulated and thermally conductive silicone rubber serves as the torso matrix. The trunk is fixedly connected to the imitating inchworm foot, and the imitating inchworm foot is embedded with super-elastic bristles that are consistent with its forward direction. The calculations show that under the effect of phase change force, the bending driving force and driving stiffness of shape memory alloys are much greater than those of resistance wires and silicone rods. An 8 V DC voltage is used to power and heat the resistance wire, generating a power of approximately 40 W. Calculated based on a 60% thermal efficiency, when the imitating inchworm trunk is heated for 39 s, it reaches a phase change temperature of 52 °C, which drives the spring to initiate deformation, arches the trunk, and moves the hind foot forward one step. Simultaneously, when the heating is turned off, the temperature of the trunk decreases, and the imitating inchworm's trunk tends to straighten out. The imitating inchworm's front foot moves forward one step. When the temperature drops to 42 °C, restart the heating and repeat the above process.
Evaluation of the Properties of Coal Gasification Residue and Its Compatibility with Cement

Springer Proceedings in Physics 2024 citations by CoLab: 0  |  Abstract
Coal gasification slag is the waste of coal gasification process, at present, gasification slag has not been effectively utilized. In order to solve the problems of resource waste and environmental pollution, the nature of gasification slag is analyzed, and its main composition is similar to silicate cement, which can be used as an additive to replace part of the aggregate and cement. This paper analyzes the nature of fine slag and evaluates the compatibility of fine slag in cement paste with different dosage. The main research includes the following aspects. The properties of coal gasification slag were analyzed by characterization methods such as chemical element analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, XRD, stretching, SEM, etc. The results showed that the fine residue is flocculent and the surface is honeycomb-shaped. The chemical composition of slag is mainly carbon, SiO2, silica-aluminate, and Fe2O3. The mass loss of fine slag is 4.3 mg, the weight loss of coal gasification fine slag is high, the decomposition and oxidation reaction ability at high temperature is strong, and the stability is poor. Different dosages of coal gasification coarse slag and fine slag were added into cement slurry, respectively, and the results showed that the performance of coal gasification coarse slag cement slurry was better than that of fine slag cement slurry by evaluating the performance of cement slurry in terms of expansion and contraction, degree of hydration, density, and fluidity, etc., and it reached the requirement of road construction material at 20% dosage.
