Fanny Soraya Zunyiga tinizaray Zuñiga Tinizaray

University professor and computer engineer specialized in Project Management, with a degree from the National Polytechnic School. Holds a Master’s degree in Distance Education from the National University of Loja. Areas of expertise include the development and maintenance of information systems, administrative process automation, and computer networks.

In the academic field, I serve as a faculty member at the National University of Loja (Ecuador) and as coordinator of the GISTEAM research group (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), contributing to the development of interdisciplinary research lines related to the STEAM approach and the integration of digital technologies into educational processes.

My main research areas are STEAM education, active learning methodologies, and emerging technologies in higher education.

Docente universitaria, ingeniera en Informática con especialización en Gestión de Proyectos, obtenida en la Escuela Politécnica Nacional. Máster en Educación a Distancia por la Universidad Nacional de Loja. Áreas de especialización en desarrollo y mantenimiento de sistemas informáticos, automatización de procesos administrativos y redes computacionales.

En la ámbito académico ejerzo labores como docente en la Universidad Nacional de Loja (Ecuador) y coordinadora de Grupo de investigación en ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería, arte y matemáticas – GISTEAM, contribuyendo en la consolidación de líneas interdisciplinarias vinculadas al enfoque STEAM y la integración de tecnologías digitales en procesos educativos.
