About
Lila MEDDEBER received the engineering degree in Computer Science and the magister's degree, both from the University of Science and Technology of Oran (USTO), Algeria. She obtained a Ph.D. in Vision and Pattern Recognition in 2014. She is currently Associate Professor at USTO, in the Electronics Department and Director of the Intelligent Systems Research Laboratory. Her teaching activities mainly concern object-oriented programming (C++, Python, Java, PHP, ...), information theory, image processing and pattern recognition. Her research interests include pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, deep learning, medical image analysis, remote sensing and geographic information systems.
