Meinrad Haule    Lembuka is a social worker and researcher with over 14 years of experience. Currently he is an academician at The Open University of Tanzania but holds an M.A in socialwork and M.A in International Cooperation and Development with time he hastransformed himself to be a multidisciplinary expert in research andconsultancy in the areas of HIV/AIDS, project management, childprotection, community development, social welfare policies, internationalrelations, gender, public policies, Ubuntu and social work. He hasworked with several local and international organizations andaccumulated a wealth of experience in the abovementioned areas. Presentlyhe is an academician at The Open University of Tanzania and hisrecent book publication titled “Ubuntu Legacy of Dr. Julius Kambage Nyererein the Global Perspective: Ubuntu Champion 2014’, other works published as articles in journalsand book chapters include AlternativeCare For Children and Youths in Tanzania’; ‘Prominence of Mwalimu Julius K.
