B.Sc. in Marine Ecology (Unidad Academica de Ecologia Marina - Gen. 2008 - 2013) and Master in Competitiveness and Sustainability (Centro de Innovacion, Competitividad y Sustentabilidad - Gen. 2015 - 2017) from the Universidad Autonoma de Guerrero (UAGro). PhD in Fisheries and Aquaculture Bioeconomy from the Centro de Investigaciones Biológicas del Noroeste (CIBNOR - Gen. 2018 - 2022).

Work with Civil Societies in the Port of Acapulco dedicated to the Conservation, Preservation and Management of Natural Resources, as well as in the public dissemination of plans and projects for the care of natural resources and the environment in the region. Collaboration in the private sector with Business Consultants in the coordination, development and management of projects, in the three productive sectors, to participate in federal calls of the Secretaria de Economia (SE) and the Secretaria de Agricultura, Ganadería, Desarrollo Rural, Pesca y Alimentacion (SAGARPA). In the public sector I was part of the Instituto Municipal de Planeación Acapulco (IMPLAN Acapulco) during the 2015 - 2018 administration within the area of Coordination of Productive Projects and Great Vision collaborating in the development of strategies and projects that detonated the economic and social development of the Municipality of Acapulco.

Specialist in production analysis and bioeconomic, economic and financial evaluation of public and private investment projects. Cohesion with working groups in the private, public and research sectors in the conceptualization, development, management, administration and completion of pilot, experimental and commercial projects with social, economic and sectorial impact. Active participant in the conceptualization of the “Consorcio de innovacion y transferencia tecnologica para el desarrollo agroalimentario del Estado de Aguascalientes (COITTEC)” (Ref.: Project AGS-2016-02-01-278272 of the Mixed Fund CONACYT - Government of the State of Aguascalientes).

National and international speaker on Marketing, Bioeconomy and Productive Aspects. Professor of Project Formulation and Valuation (code: FEP-CV) at the Universidad Poltecnica del Estado de Nayarit (UPEN). Guest professor (unpaid) at the undergraduate level of the Aquaculture Bioeconomy module in the Crustacean Culture course at the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California Sur (UABCS). Attention and demonstrative talks in the Laboratorio de Investigación, Desarrollo Tecnologico e Innovacion en Tilapia (LIDETI) of the Unidad Nayarit del Centro de Investigaciones Biologicas del Noroeste (UNCIBNOR) to groups of academics and students of elementary, middle and high school level within the Programa de Acercamiento de la Ciencia a la Educacion (PACE) of CIBNOR. Associate Researcher (without certification) at UNCIBNOR as an analyst of bioeconomic data during the reproduction, reversion and pre-fattening stages of tilapia Oreochromis niloticus hatchlings.

Currently Postdoctoral Researcher of the Call for Postdoctoral Stays for Mexico 2023 (1) at the Centro de Ibestigacion en Alimentacion y Desarrollo (CIAD) collaborating in innovative projects with social and economic impact developed by this institution for the State of Nayarit. In continuous development and work to achieve consolidation as a researcher in the area of Bioeconomy with applications and impact on the social and economic sectors of the country.
