He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Engineering Mechanics and Energy from the University of Tsukuba, Japan, where his research focused on evaluating wind energy potential using high-resolution climate models. Dr. KHAN's doctoral thesis, "Added Values on Wind Energy Potential for South Asia Using High-Resolution Climate Models," earned him the prestigious Director's Award for PhD Scholar for outstanding contributions to the field.
