Dr. Ahamed Forbis

Dr. Forbis Ahamed has been working as an associate professor of psychology at the Management and Science University for more than a decade. He obtained his PhD in leadership and organizational management from the International Islamic University, Malaysia in 2013. Prior to joining the program, he had worked for 10 years as a Lecturer at the Department of Psychology, Yangon University, Myanmar. He also earned a Master’s in industrial & organizational psychology from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia under a commonwealth countries’ government-to-government scholarship fully sponsored by the government of the Republic of Indonesia. His research interests include employees’ psychological well-being, psychological health & recovery, workplace engagement, leadership styles, organizational development from psychological & cross-cultural perspectives, organizational trust, entrepreneurial personality, and teamwork, etc. His works have been presented at various international conferences as well as published in some reputable journals.
