Profesora en el departamento de ADE de la universidad Isabel I de Castilla (Burgos). Doctorado en Ciencias Sociales por la UCAM. Licenciada en Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas y Diplomada en Ciencias Empresariales por la universidad de Murcia. Líneas de investigación centradas en las redes sociales, páginas web, turismo, aplicaciones móviles, comportamiento del consumidor, marketing y comunicación. Is a Professor of Business Administration and Management at Isabel I de Castilla University , in Burgos, Spain. She obtained her Ph.D. in Business Administration from The Catholic University of Murcia. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Public Relations and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Murcia, Spain. Juana María received her Master’s Degree in Business Management & Marketing from The Polytechnic University of Cartagena, Murcia, Spain, and her Master's Degree in Hotel Management from The University of Murcia. Her research interest is focused on Social Media, Consumer Behaviour, Communication, Mobile aplications and Tourist Marketing. She has also presented her research in several prominent national and international conferences. She has coauthored several papers which have appeared in academic journals such as International Journal of Scientific Manage-ment and Tourism, International Journal of Information Systems and Tourism (IJIST) and “Digital and Social Media Marketing” Springer, Cham.
