Held a 2-year Master's Scholarship and a 3-year Doctorate's Scholarship from the Foundation for the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES); and a 1-year Doctorate Abroad Scholarship by Carlos Chagas Filho Foundation for Research Support of the State of Rio de Janeiro (FAPERJ). Her research and publications have focused on topics related to Socio-Economic Development and Science, Technology and Innovation (STI), such as Innovation Systems, Social Innovation, Higher Education, and Intellectual Property. In 2022, founded Contemplativa Academic Consultancy, an individual enterprise offering services in the areas of research management and academic publishing.
