Doutora em Educação Física pela Universidade Federal do Paraná – UFPR (2025). Mestre em Educação Física, com ênfase em Atividade Física e Saúde, pela Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná – UTFPR (2019). Possui graduação em Educação Física (2003) e especialização em Medicina e Ciências do Esporte (2006), ambas pela Universidade Positivo – UP. Atua como Personal Trainer, com ênfase em treinamento funcional, Pilates, Método Hipopressivo (RSF) e musculação. É professora de cursos de formação e de pós-graduação na área do Método Pilates. Tem ampla experiência na dança, atuando como bailarina clássica durante 19 anos. Seus interesses de pesquisa incluem as relações entre atividade física e saúde da mulher, efeitos do Método Pilates em diferentes populações e condições clínicas e aplicação da neurociência na otimização da performance física.
