Vasileios Georgiadis is a PhD Candidate in Change Management and Philosophy in the Department of Management Science and Technology of School of Economics and Business, Democritus University of Thrace, Kavala Campus, Greece. Holding a BA in Studies in Hellenic Culture of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences from Open University of Cyprus Nicosia and an MBA from Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Institute of Technology, Kavala, Greece, he explores the cultural and social influences and applications of Philosophy in Change Management. His main research focuses on the development of interdisciplinary models and educational tools. His work was published in International Journal of Organization Theory & Behavior, International Journal of Strategic Change Management, Journal of Organizational Change Management, Philosophy of Management, Culture and Organization, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, serving as a reviewer in Culture and Organization, Strategic Change, Journal of Organizational Change Management and International Journal of Organizational analysis.
