Ravil Davletovich Mukhamedyarov
About
Dr. Ravil Mukhamedyarov received a Master's degree with honors (1971) and a Doctor of Sciences (1981) in the field of "Radio electronic devices" and "Semiconductor Materials science of thin films" at the Ural Federal University (Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation). In 1974, he organized the research group "Thin-film photodetectors and devices based on them".
In 1975, the Optoelectronics Department was established on the basis of the group, which, under the leadership of Ravil, carried out orders for the Aerospace industry until 1985. In different years, the number of employees of the department ranged from 16 to 35 people, and the volume of work performed reached 6% of the total volume of R&D performed by the University. From 1987 to 2017, he was the founder and scientific director of "Ural semiconductor Research Center", LLC. The Center produces photodetectors and photodetectors, and since 1991 have been developing and producing 4 types of optical devices for measuring turbidity.
Also, the Center has developed a basic version of an open flame fire detector, modifications of which have been produced for over 25 years by two industrial enterprises of Yekaterinburg (brand names, Pulsar and Spectron). Since 2000, Ravil M. has been actively studying psychology, the principles of human harmonization and a healthy lifestyle. On this basis, since 2010, the Pulsar-Premium Device and Methodology has been implemented on the market. It is successfully used in 8 countries. The device with the technique also performed well in the treatment of Covid-19 viral influenza, there are no complications.
From 2018 to the present, orders for R&D and devices in the field of Photonics and Wellness have been carried out by "Ural Optronics", LLC, where Ravil M. performs the functions of Chief Designer.
Dr. Ravil M. is the author of 32 patents and ten KNOW-HOW. Over 20 scientific articles have been published, some of which are presented in the open press. Under his leadership, more than 100 R&D projects were carried out with the supply of specific devices.

"Ural Optronics", LLC : INDUSTRIAL TURBIDIMETERS, PHOTODETECTORS AND PHOTODETECTING DEVICES. .... (( + execution of custom research and technological development (RTD): optics, electronics, sensors, technology refinement, expansion of bottlenecks ))
1. Turbidmetric liquid analyzer, AGT-94/5, flow-through. Accuracy class is 2.5. This is designed to measure the concentration of particles suspended in a liquid. Range 0.2–220 mg/l, operating temperature up to +55℃.
2. Signaler-turbidometer of the slurry mode SSHR-91/6 is a two-channel flow detector. Range of 20–2000 mg/l. To measure turbidity in two flow cuvettes and control sludge removal in water treatment clarifiers.
3. Liquid analyzer nephelometric AGN-98/4-PC.Flow-through, works without contact of optics with water. Measuring range 0.5–6000 FTU, 4 sub-bands.
4. Over 600 turbidmeters have been manufactured since 1990. They are designed for operating conditions in the Russian Federation.
5. Photodetectors based on thin films of ultrapure CdPbS, PbS has no analogues in terms of stability and service life (10–30 years). Photodetectors devices based on them have the range of 0.25–3.6 μm including thermoelectric cooling (TEC).
5.1. Ultrafast nano Photoresistor PbS (5–8 μs);
5.2. High-speed Photoresistor PbS (50–75 μs);
5.3. PbS Photoresistor with thermal cooling (100–400 μs);
5.4. Two-channel cooled receiving device, universal "Sigma-09/U". Range 0.25-5.0 μm, 4 temperature modes.
5.5. Sensor for detecting unauthorized smoking, 5 m. Open flame detection 80 m. Three IR channels. RTD.
5.6. Panoramic direction finder for detecting fire site and emergency modes. Does not contain mechanical scanning. The principle of butterfly eye facet is implemented, 30 angular zones in a space with a diameter of 1000 m. RTD.
5.7. Panoramic 4-channel infrared scanning direction finder-thermal imager for detecting forest fires and protecting agricultural and industrial facilities. RTD.
6. Health Improvement Devices "Pulsar-Premium" (http://Pulsarlife.ru/). Restoration of immunity and efficiency after stress, improvement of internal organs, and removal of parasites is realized. Option: copper-silver cell. Enrichment and disinfection of water with trace elements of silver and copper.
7. In terms of Society, the Center has been conducting consultations and practical seminars on Worldview and Healthy Lifestyle since 2003. Methods of harmonization, activation and development of Human creative abilities are offered, while setting the Meaning of Life as Development in creativity, biological body and society, as well as managing one's own energy.
