Nicolò Bellanca, Ph.D. in History of Economics, is associate professor in Applied Economics at the University of Florence, where he teaches Development Economics and Political Economy. His recent research focuses on logic of collective action and comparative institutional analysis. He authored eight books, co-edited eight books, and published several articles and chapters in many books and journals.
