About

Donatien Niyonzima has extended experience in cultural exchanges and Media & Communication in both Private and Public sectors. Donatien has worked in the media and communication industry for over 10 years, gaining experience in Media, Communication and Government affairs.

As a seasoned Editorial Advisor at China International Publishing Group, he is passionate about advancing professional journalism and international communication. Donatien has previously worked as Official Gazette Editor in the Office of the Prime Minister in Rwanda.

He also co-founded Standard Gateway Ltd, a digital and event service provider platform focusing on education and technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Media and Communication from Communication University of China. He’s a Research Associate at the Africa Communication Research Center (ACRC) where he contributes to the academic research on China-Africa media relations through collaborative efforts with renowned scholars and institutions from both regions.
