Mohammad Ali Nasiri is a highly accomplished researcher with over five years of specialized cleanroom experience in fabricating micro- and nano-electronic devices, with core expertise in thin-film deposition, precise electrical contact formation, dry etching, and photolithographic mask preparation. He possesses extensive proficiency in advanced characterization techniques, including AFM, XRD, XPS, SEM, FESEM, FTIR, spectroscopic ellipsometry, and electrochemical analysis, enabling high-precision measurement and data interpretation to advance materials science. Holding dual master’s degrees in Aeronautical Engineering and Nanomaterials Science, along with a PhD from the University of Valencia’s Institut de Ciència Molecular (ICMOL), his doctoral research focused on hybrid energy devices, exploring thermoelectric material integration, ionic thermodiffusion mechanisms, and sustainable materials such as lignin for energy storage. He has also engineered novel thermal conductivity measurement setups, including a van der Pauw configuration, a 3ω method for thin films, and a custom low-thermal-conductivity platform. Currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Instituto Universitario de Ciencia de los Materiales (ICMUV), he is advancing perovskite-based photodetectors for next-generation sensor applications, positioning his work at the nexus of nanotechnology, materials science, and sustainable innovation
