  Dr. Saman Ange-Michel Gougou is a scholar and researcher based in Côte d'Ivoire, with a PhD in Organization Communication Sciences, specializing in digital communication. He earned his academic degrees from the University Alassane Ouattara in Bouaké, Côte d'Ivoire.His work focuses on the intersection of digital communication, language, and education, particularly in the context of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and digital sociability.Dr. Gougou has contributed to several academic publications.
