Joffrey Lauthier specializes in go-to-market strategies for new products and services in the rail technology sector. He led the capture and delivery of projects ranging from automated metros to high-speed railways in 30 countries. Based in Silicon Valley, Joffrey is growing TÜV Rheinland's safety consulting business with transit agencies and passenger railroads. His portfolio encompasses independent safety assessments of Communication-Based Train Control systems, updates to Positive Train Control safety plans, and security audits of transit operations.

Joffrey began his career as a software engineer designing rail operations control centers before transitioning into project management and business development roles at Alstom and GE Transportation. He later led sales and marketing for Bombardier's signaling division in the Asia-Pacific region. At SGS, he built a global business line providing testing and certification services to rolling stock manufacturers. Before joining TÜV Rheinland, he spearheaded the growth of tech startup Humatics and led WSP's control systems engineering team in California.

Joffrey holds an MBA from UCLA and is a CP³P-certified Public-Private Partnerships professional.
