Ашуров Абдулазиз

Prof. Abdulaziz Ashurov is an Associate Professor of International Economics at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. He has previously held academic positions as a Senior Lecturer in Management and Accounting at Korea International University in Ferghana and in Marketing at Tashkent State University of Economics. In addition to his academic career, he served as the Head of the International Trade Department at Hwashin Korea.

Prof. Ashurov holds a PhD and a Master’s degree from Korea Maritime and Ocean University in the Department of International Trade and Economics. His research expertise lies in international trade, maritime transport economics, and logistics, with prior research positions at Ulsan Research Institute and Korea Maritime Institute. He has published articles in journals in South Korea, Uzbekistan, and Romania.

Prof. Ashurov’s contributions to academia and industry have been recognized through his extensive research on container transshipment ports and dry port concept. His practical experience in international trade and transport economics informs his work in policy development and consultancy.
