Dear colleagues!
It is a great pleasure to invite you to the 23rd Asia-Pacific Conference on Fundamental Problems of Opto- and Microelectronics (APCOM-2025). This conference has been launched in 2000 in Vladivostok, Russia. Afterwards China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Russia have been taking turns hosting this significant scientific event.
This year APCOM returns to China, and Qingdao will host this event from 13 till 16 September on the newly launched campus of Harbin Engineering University. The conference covers a wide range of scientific topics across optoelectronics, laser and sensor technologies and biophotonics areas. I believe this year the conference will bring together representative specialists in the related areas serving as an ideal platform for new communications and fruitful discussions.
