Research directions

Development of the composition of the active layer of continuous glucose monitoring systems in tissue fluid

+
Compositions of enzymatic active layers based on original redox polymers are being created and tested to create domestic analogues of glucose sensors in tissue fluid for continuous glucose monitoring systems.

Development of new energy storage and generation systems based on the technology of flowing redox batteries

+
The development and testing of compositions of membrane-electrode blocks, electrolytes for flow-through systems of accumulation and generation of electric power, based on the principles of operation of flow-through redox batteries, is underway.

Electrosynthesis and verification of redox activity of physiologically and biochemically active molecules

+
Work is underway to test the electroactivity of various macroheterocycles, antibiotics and antitumor drugs, and to test the possibilities of electrosynthesis of stable dimers and oligomers of such compounds.

Patterns of electrocatalysis and properties of electrocatalysts for various electrochemical devices

+
Work is underway in the field of electrocatalysis and electroanalytical chemistry to determine the patterns of reactions in complex catalysts, hybrid organo-inorganic systems, including for direct alcohol fuel cells, amperometric sensors for sulfur dioxide, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, glycerin, organohydrazines, hydrogen peroxide, uric acid, etc. analytes in model and real complex media (milk, juices, culture fluids, etc.)
