Research directions
Sorption and desorption involving GFR in polymer and porous materials: fundamental principles and practical application.
+
Within the framework of this direction, the processes of sorption and desorption of carbon dioxide and low molecular weight substances dissolved in it are studied. For this purpose, unique equipment is used that allows recording EPR spectra in situ under high pressure conditions.
Supercritical carbon dioxide as a medium, reagent and protective group in organic synthesis.
+
In this area, carbon dioxide is considered as a source of carbonyl functional groups: carbamic acids, unstable at atmospheric pressure and room temperature, and stable cyclic derivatives of carbonic acid.
Creation and modification of polymer materials for medical purposes using GFR.
+
Within the framework of this direction, modification and impregnation of biodegradable polymers with biologically active paramagnetic compounds using supercritical carbon dioxide is carried out, and the mechanisms of degradation of the obtained polymer materials under in vitro and in vivo conditions are studied.
