The main directions of the research activities of the department are modeling and pharmacotherapy of chronic heart failure (head associate professor Ivkin D.Yu.), the search for ways of pharmacological correction of liver lesions in hepatosis and diabetes mellitus (heads Professor Okovity S.V. and associate professor Anisimova N.A.), the search for new pharmacological means of improving physical and mental performance (head associate Professor Bolotova V.Ts.), substantiation of approaches to the use and analysis of new pharmacological agents for various lesions of the central nervous system (heads of PhD Sysoev Yu.I., associate professor Titovich I.A., senior lecturer Prikhodko V.A.).
