Prof. Ramy El-Kady is a full professor of criminal law at the Police Academy and holds the position of department chair of criminal law and is rewarded with the State Encouragement Award in Legal and Economic Sciences, Citizenship and Human Rights Branch, on the topic of "the right of persons cooperating with justice for protection in international conventions and national legislation. He graduated from the Police College in 1999.
