PhD in Public Finance with an Honorary Mention from the Universidad Veracruzana, and a fellow in the National Postgraduate Program of Quality by CONACYT.

Holds a Master’s Degree in Administration with a focus on Organization and Systems, and another Master’s Degree in Administration in the area of Human Resources from the Institute of Research and Higher Studies in Administrative Sciences at the Universidad Veracruzana, where he has received several awards for his outstanding performance at the regional level.

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Universidad Veracruzana.

His current research focuses on the empowerment of indigenous populations, social exclusion, public finance, and the fight against multidimensional poverty.
