My research examines the development of a sustainable and circular digital twin decision-making framework for material sourcing in agri-food processing industries. The research consists of constructing a dashboard tool capable of evaluating the sustainability performance of ingredient sourcing for different agri-food processors via a dynamic Life Cycle Assessment framework, capturing the environmental, economic, social, and resilience performance of food products based on spatiotemporal distribution.
