About
Carlos Botelho has a Ph.D. in Management / Organization and Development from the ISCSTE / Lisbon. He is Assistant Professor at ISCSP / Lisbon University. Previously, I worked for nearly 20 years in HRM at a large multinational company. His professional activity combines teaching strategic HRM and several HRM classes at Lisbon University with participation in HRM research projects. In addition, his research focus is on conducting studies with real people in real organizations on subjects such as HRM and performance, performance management systems, human and social capital, and HRM maturity models.
