About
Dr/Ebtsam Aly Abou Hashish has completed her PhD from the Faculty of Nursing, Alexandria University, Egypt. She is a professor of nursing administration at the Faculty of Nursing, Alexandria University, Egypt. Dr. Ebtsam also works as an Associate Professor in the College of Nursing, King Saud bin Abdul-Aziz University for Health Sciences- Jeddah, KSA. She teaches management-related courses and research and ethics courses for undergraduates and postgraduates and has participated in supervising many theses and dissertations as an academic supervisor. She also held an associated trainer degree at the Faculty and Leadership Development Center (FLDC), Alexandria University. She has published more than 70 papers in reputed journals and more than 1600 citations. Participated in many international nursing and health conferences and served as an editorial board member and reviewer for international journals and Sigma Theta conferences.
