Dasarath Neupane

Dasarath Neupane, PhD is a distinguished scholar, researcher, and academician with extensive contributions to education, psychology, literature, and management. He holds a PhD in English Literature from Dr. K.N. Modi University, Rajasthan, and an MPhil in English from Pokhara University. With 33 years of teaching experience at the school and college levels, he has made a significant impact in the field of higher education.

Dr. Neupane serves as the Chief Editor of the Baneshwor Campus Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and is the Research Director at the Nepal Philosophical Research Center. Previously, he was the Chief Editor of the Nepal Journal of Multidisciplinary Research. His scholarly contributions include over 45 research articles published between 2018 and 2025.

His research interests span multiple disciplines, including service quality and consumer satisfaction in the banking sector, aggression in literature, adolescent psychology, financial inclusion, and hospitality management. He is also pursuing a Post-Doctoral Fellowship with a thesis titled "Analyzing the Lenses of Aggression in A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini."

Additionally, he is actively involved in research on student learning styles, happiness pedagogy, bibliometric analysis, and consumer behavior. His dedication to academia and research has positioned him as a respected figure in Nepal’s educational and financial sectors.
