Mr. Chirra Baburao is a distinguished academic and researcher with a strong background in public policy, entrepreneurship, startups, and the impact of AI on various industries. He holds a master's degree in commerce, management, and psychology and brings over a decade of industry experience as a technopreneur. He has provided extensive technical support in various sectors through his MSME-registered company, Bobbycomputers & Communications. Baburao is currently a PhD Candidate at the GITAM School of Business, Visakhapatnam, and Research Associate* at GNLU(ICSSR), focusing on entrepreneurship, IT, and the role of MSMEs in shaping public policies and addressing technological and environmental challenges. His expertise includes qualitative, quantitative, and mixed research methods, and he has extensive experience in data analysis, report writing, and project documentation. Baburao has published numerous book chapters, articles, and conference papers, particularly on the interaction between AI and business. His recent research includes the impact of AI on consumer behavior, integrating smart cities into the circular economy, and the application of AI in healthcare and tourism. His academic and industrial credentials in entrepreneurship and sustainability and his knowledge of rigorous literature review, field research, etc., make him a well-qualified candidate. Baburao's involvement in SDG-related research and innovation in waste management and sanitation enhances his suitability for the Entrepreneur project. His knowledge of data analysis, report writing, and previous research on sustainability, entrepreneurship, and policy impact would add significant value to this research project.
