Синат Но

Currently serves as the Head of the Civil Engineering Department in the Faculty of Science and Technology, (NUBB).

Prior to higher education, completed an Intensive English Academic Purpose program at the Pannasastra Institute of Foreign Languages in Cambodia (2005-2006), which prepared for international academic pursuits. Have begun higher education journey in Russia, where earned a Bachelor of Technics and Technology in the field of Construction from Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 2010.

Following bachelor's degree, pursued a graduate master's degree in Civil and Industrial Engineering, specializing in "Effective and Economy Composite Structures" at the same university, which completed in late 2012.In 2018, has successfully defended Professional Engineer certification (No. 0005343PE/Bldg.) and was honored with the title and decoration of Gold Medal by the Asian Engineering Register (AER).

The professional excellence was further recognized in 2019 when was conferred the honorary title of a member of the Asian Federation of Engineering Organizations. In the journey of civil engineering is marked by continuously pursuit of knowledge and professional growth has received a certificate of design from the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction in Cambodia, underscoring of expertise in engineering design.

With a career spanning over a decade, continues to inspire future engineers and contribute to the development of sustainable and effective construction practices in Cambodia through role at NUBB. This expertise, coupled with commitment to education and professional development, makes a prominent figure in the field of civil engineering in Cambodia.
