The Laboratory of Radio Spectroscopy and Spin Electronics was organized on May 14, 2008 by the decision of the Scientific Council of the L. V. Kirensky Institute of Physics SB RAS by merging three laboratories: radio spectroscopic structural analysis, radio spectroscopy of dielectrics and magnetic materials.
The laboratory is engaged in the study of magnetic properties and electronic transport in bulk materials, thin films, low-dimensional magnetic and hybrid structures, the development and creation of elements of spintronics and nanoelectronics devices, the development of technologies for growing high-quality single crystals, spectroscopy of nuclear and electronic magnetic resonances and spin dynamics.
