The Platinum Center (Platinuminfo) of the IGIC RAS carries out fundamental and applied research in the field of creating new materials containing platinum metals, including a wide range of their coordination compounds, including for microelectronics, medical and biological applications, the development of catalysts and catalytic systems for basic, petrochemical and fine organic synthesis processes, processes of processing gases and mineral raw materials as well as the development and optimization of chemical technologies for platinum metals, their compounds and materials based on them. The Platinuminfo implements relevant educational programs of additional professional education, provides consulting and analytical services.
