About

Md. Mahfuzul Haque is an accomplished academic and researcher with a profound impact on the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE). He completed his B.Sc. (Engg.) in EEE from the esteemed Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), achieving an exceptional Second position in his class, a testament to his academic brilliance. He further solidified his expertise by earning his M.Sc. (Engg.) in EEE from the renowned Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), a premier institution for engineering education in Bangladesh.

Mahfuzul Haque's academic excellence has been recognized through prestigious awards, including offers for Post Graduate (PG) fellowship and the NST fellowship. These honors underscore his commitment to pushing the boundaries of knowledge and innovation in the engineering domain.

He embarked on his professional journey as a Lecturer at Green University of Bangladesh, serving from September 23, 2019, to January 28, 2021. His passion for academic excellence and dedication to nurturing future engineers led him to join Bangamata Sheikh Fojilatunnesa Mujib Science & Technology University on February 28, 2022, where he continues to contribute significantly as a lecturer.

As a researcher, Md. Mahfuzul Haque has made substantial strides in several cutting-edge areas, including solar cell technology, junctionless field-effect transistors (FETs), light-emitting diodes (LEDs), and materials properties.
