About

Dr. Meenu has 18.0 years of teaching experience. Her research area includes Microwave assisted organic synthesis, Drug designing & development of new chemical entities (NCES) of natural scaffolds against Diabetes, TB & Cancer. She has got a young scientist award from the 4th Uttarakhand State Science and Technology Congress, at GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar 2009. She has got the Research Excellence award during the National Conference on “Expanding Women’s Role in Developing Technology Increasing, Productivity, Improving Lives” sponsored by the National Commission for Women Govt of India, New Delhi in 2020. She is the Joint Secretary of the APTI Uttarakhand State Branch. She is the IPR coordinator at the Innovation and Incubation Center of Shri Guru Ram Rai University. She is a Qualified Graduate Aptitude test in Engineering, GATE Fellowship: 2004. She has accomplished this by publishing 51 research papers in National and International journals. Attended 12 workshops and 18 conferences & 06 online conferences. She has published 03 books and 04 book chapters. She has published 15 patents of which 2 are granted. She has attended and presented papers in many Seminars, Workshops, and FDP’s at the National & international level. She is a Life member of the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India & Indian Society of Analytical Scientists. She has supervised Twelve M. sc. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) and ten M. pharm students for their Project Work. She has Guiding One Ph.D. student in their Project work.
