About

В 2006 году с отличием окончила БГТУ по специальности «Физико-химические методы и приборы контроля качества продукции». Лауреат Республиканского конкурса научных работ студентов высших учебных заведений Республики Беларусь 2006 года. В 2011 году награждена дипломом за лучший проект на Молодежном инновационном форуме «Наука и бизнес» – инновационную разработку «Морковный сок прямого отжима».

С 2012 по 2017 гг. внутренний аудитор систем менеджмента по ISO 9001, СТБ 1470 и ISO 22000.

В 2021 году окончила обучение в аспирантуре БГТУ по специальности 05.11.13 «Приборы и методы контроля природной среды, веществ, материалов и изделий».

В 2023 году присуждена учёная степень кандидата технических наук. Тема диссертации: Технология производства морковного сока прямого отжима с повышенным содержанием каротина и улучшенными органолептическими свойствами из местного сырья.

Научные интересы: биохимические свойства растительного сырья и пищевых продуктов, безопасность пищевой продукции, технологии новых продуктов питания, документальное сопровождение систем менеджмента организаций (ISO 9001, СТБ 1470, ISO 22000) и испытательных лабораторий (ISO 17025), валидация и верификация методов измерений, органолептический анализ пищевых продуктов, устойчивое развитие.

Опубликовано более 40 научных работ, выступала с докладами на международных и республиканских научных конференциях.
