About

Luqman Ayanlola ATANDA is a native of Iwo town, which is located in Iwo Local Government Area of Osun State, Nigeria. He is a Nigerian Chartered Librarian (CLN). He is an Academic/Professional Librarian at Osun State University, Osogbo, Osun State. Atanda possess a Master degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) from University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He attended Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni, Port Harcourt, River State, where he bagged Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS). More so, he hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from Usmanu Dan Fodiyo University Sokoto, Sokoto State. Atanda initially graduated from the great Federal Polytechnic Offa in Kwara State with a National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Library and Information Science, before proceeded for Postgraduate Diploma in Education. Every academic credential is obtained in Nigeria. Before joining Osun State University Osogbo on 1st September, 2023, he worked at the Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa State, Nigeria, and Federal Polytechnic Ayede, Oyo State on a secondment appointment. He was blessed with amazing offspring after marrying Mrs. Atanda Monsurat Temitope nee Abdulganiyu.
