About

I perform numerical modeling of physical processes occurring when concentrated energy flows (electron and ion beams, laser radiation) impact the surfaces of various materials. I also perform calculations of impurity diffusion and ablation of matter from surfaces exposed to various types of radiation. In addition, I calculate plasma processes in an Ar/N2 gas environment, carried out in a high vacuum. I have participated in the development of several plasma sources using constant magnetic fields.
