About
Mr. Abosekeen received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Military Technical College, Cairo, Egypt in 2004 and 2012, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Queen’s University, Kingston, ON, Canada in 2018.
Mr. Abosekeen is an Assistant Professor in the Avionics Department, Electrical Engineering Branch, Military Technical College, Cairo, Egypt. Also, he is a researcher of the Navigation and Instrumentation Research Group with the Royal Military College of Canada and Queen’s University. He is a member of the IEEE VTS, ITS, SPS, and CIS societies.
His interests are in the Area of Multi-Sensor Integrated Navigation Systems, Navigation in Denied and Challenging GNSS Environments and MEMS-Based INS Systems Improvement.
