Chinnaraja Eswaran
About
Dr. Chinnaraja Eswaran is an experimental chemist with expertise in coordination chemistry, supramolecular chemistry, and asymmetric catalysis. His research journey focuses on developing novel catalytic systems that address fundamental questions in molecular recognition, chirality, and sustainable synthesis. He completed his Ph.D. in coordination and supramolecular chemistry for asymmetric catalytic applications, followed by SERB-NPDF research focus on supramolecular palladium cages at IIT Madras, and Supramolecular chiral Mechanically Interlocked molecules (MIM) with Nobel Laureate Sir Fraser Stoddart. His scientific curiosity extends toward understanding the origin of homochirality and exploring how supramolecular design and principles can drive asymmetric autocatalysis.
