Solving the inverse and direct problems of thermodynamics of phase equilibria, mainly for multicomponent oxide systems, using experimental and computational methods. Analysis and coupling of low- and high-temperature parts of phase diagrams, information for which is obtained, as a rule, using various synthetic methods.
Synthesis of inorganic materials

Production of inorganic materials, including nanomaterials, using a set of methods: groups of methods of solution chemistry (co-precipitation, sol-gel, reverse reflux, etc.), solvothermal and solvothermal-microwave, methods of solution gorenje, solid-phase reactions and solution-melt synthesis, electrochemical anodizing.
