Mexicano, con residencia en Canada. Experiencia profesional de casi 40 años en el campo de salud forestal, manejo integrado de plagas forestales y uso de semioquimicos, desarrollada en diversos ambientes de coníferas de Norte, Centro América y el Caribe y en bosques tropicales del sur de México, Centroamerica. En los últimos 25 años, he estado asociado con la enseñanza, investigación y consultoría, tanto nacional como internacional en mis tres áreas profesionales.
