I Got my Ph.D. certificate, Faculty of Physics, Semiconductor physics Dept. Belorussian governmental University, Minsk, Belarus on August 1992, MY M.Sc. of physics Phys. Dept. Ain Shams University, Cairo Egypt. and received the B. Sc. in 19982 from the same university. Start To work lecturer of physics at Beni-Suef University on 1992. In 2004 I got Cairo University encouragement prize in Basic Sciences.
