Her distinctive contribution lies in transforming behavioural and implementation processes into measurable, predictive, and decision-ready evidence, bridging human behaviour and advanced analytics to enable targeted, adaptive, and self-improving management of system change across the innovation lifecycle.Behavioural and AI FoundationShe holds a PhD from Deakin University (2017) on semiconscious choice and environmental influences on behaviour, underpinning her expertise in behavioural analytics, Bayesian modelling, and quasi-experimental methods. She also completed the Applied AI and Data Science Program through MIT Professional Education (2026), strengthening her capability in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and responsible AI.PROLIFERATE_AIShe is the founder of PROLIFERATE_AI, a governance-ready decision intelligence system developed at Flinders University to forecast and mitigate adoption risk. It uses Expert Knowledge Elicitation, Bayesian modelling, and Monte Carlo simulation to generate early warning signals and integrates implementation, operational, and qualitative governance data into a dashboard-based decision-support system.Translational ContributionHer work includes predictive implementation modelling in the NHMRC-funded RAPIDx AI trial across 12 South Australian emergency departments.
