Dr. Mirgender Kumar is working as Associate Professor in CEC Jhanjeri. He worked as Research Professor in the Electronics Engineering Department at Yeungnam University, South Korea. He works on semiconductor materials and devices for opt-and Microelectronics. This work is proceeding in the theoretical and experimental point of view. Mainly GQDs, ZnO and GaN materials along with their derivate are focused for the study, but not limited to it. Single crystalline phosphors are fascinating to me for the future as perfect light emitters. The flexible electronic device is also the field of interest with different applications.
