About
Bachelor's degree in Physics from the State University of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ, Master's degree in Physics from UERJ and PhD in Physics from the Brazilian Center for Physics Research - CBPF. He is currently an associate professor at the State University of Rio de Janeiro. He has experience in the area of condensed matter physics, with emphasis on magnetic materials and their properties, working mainly on the following topics: Hamiltonian of interacting spins, magnetocaloric effect, rare earths, Monte Carlo simulation, magnetic phase transitions.
