Carla Freire is Assistant Professor at the Department of Management, Economics and Management School at the University of Minho, Portugal. She holds a Master Degree in Human Resource Management and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Minho. Her main research interests centers on Human Resource Management; Ethics and CSR; Leadership; and Transversal Competencies.
