Laboratory of Pharmacokinetics and Metabolomic Analysis

Firstly, it is a new experimental procedure that will combine the analysis of the assessment of cardio–, neuro- and hepatotoxicity of drugs into a single procedure. Secondly, this platform will allow for personalized therapy of cancer patients with high prognostic significance. Thirdly, this analytical platform will be based on the integration of metabolic data with machine learning methods.

To date, this is the only database that contains information integrated from various sources concerning: Pharmacokinetic parameters (Cmax, AUC, T1/2, Tmax, CVintra, etc.) Design parameters of previously conducted studies (sample size, gender of volunteers, follow-up time, FC points, dosage, comparison drug, etc.) Parameters of bioanalytical methods for quantitative determination of the analyte (type of instrumental analysis, anticoagulant, sample type, sample preparation, NPCO analyte, measurement range, etc.) Parameters of the biovaver test (BCS class of the analyte, information on biopharmaceutical solubility of a pharmaceutical substance, parameters of the CTCR within the biovaver)
