Laboratory of Cellular Technologies

The laboratory works with human and animal cells. The laboratory equipment allows for the following procedures: Isolation of primary cultures from tissues, subcultivation of cells; Cell cultivation in vials, plates, on microcarriers, scaffolds; Long-term storage of cells at low (-80 C) and ultra-low temperatures (-196 C); Biofabrication of tissue-engineered cell constructs using 3D bioprinting; cytotoxicity tests (MTT test) and genotoxicity (the DNA comet method) on cell cultures; Creation of cell models in vitro; Creation of cellular spheroids.
